TELB 2027 will be hosted in Doha, Qatar. Official program dates will be confirmed directly with delegates upon successful qualification. The intensive executive journey spans six fully-immersive days.
Accommodation & Shared Rooms
Delegates will reside in premium 5-star partner hotels selected for security, luxury, and proximity to session venues. Both private and shared executive room options are available depending on your finalized package tier.
Executive vs. Standard Packages
The Executive tier offers priority flight scheduling, private transfers, exclusive access to high-level networking dinners, and one-on-one strategy sessions that are not included in the baseline program offering.
Flight Alternatives & Transfers
While premium return flights are built into our top-tier packages, delegates opting to arrange their own travel can do so. Our ground team will coordinate private airport transfers to align with your independent itinerary.
Visas & Entry Requirements
Depending on your passport and nationality, you may require a visa for entry into Qatar. Our dedicated logistics team provides full documentation support and letters of invitation to expedite your application process.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the highly exclusive nature of this event and the rigid security requirements in Doha, cancellations made within 90 days of the start date are non-refundable. We strongly advise securing comprehensive travel insurance.
